Process

Phase I. Project Initiation

As a start, our initial meeting is where the magic begins.

  • Step 1.
    The Consultation

    All JMI projects begin with a one-hour, onsite meeting with Jenn to review the space, confirm project scope, brainstorm ideas and determine if we’re a good fit.

Phase II. Design

Clients seeking a complete design concept to execute in their own time will move through all the steps in Phase II, culminating in The Client Presentation, which includes a shopping list with links to all its featured items.

  • Step 2.
    The Kick-Off

    During this exciting stage, our team measures the space, documents it all and develops your design.

  • Step 3.
    The Design

    The JMI team virtually presents the initial design concept and preliminary budget.

  • Step 4.
    The Presentation

    The JMI team presents the design at our studio, after which you are welcome to one round of revisions, if desired.

Phase III. Project Implementation

Our turnkey, "white glove" service continues through a third phase, offering complete project management and implementation. The JMI team will take care of absolutely everything, from start to finish.

  • Step 5.
    The Installations

    Orders are placed, trades are hired and installations begin.

  • Step 6.
    The Reveal

    This is the big moment when it all comes together and you get to see every element brought to life.

  • Step 7.
    The Wrap-Up

    The JMI team wraps up with a thorough site inspection, final billing and presentation of a detailed client binder.
